Regent Property are a dynamic and fast-growing Letting and Property Management Agency based in Waterloo, looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate seeking an opportunity to further their career in the residential property sector by joining our Tenancy Progression Team.


This exciting position within the Lettings department will provide the candidate the opportunity to manage their own case load by processing all the initial tenancy progression paperwork for new tenancies and supporting the team with any other requirements.


Although full training will be given, we are looking for someone who has previous experience within an Estate Agency and will be able to hit the ground running


Key duties and responsibilities of role:

  • Process offers from Applicants once they have been accepted
  • Draw up all documents relating to the proposed Tenancy including Terms and Conditions, Offer Conditions, Tenancy Agreements
  • Protect deposits with a government approved scheme
  • Ensuring offer conditions have been fulfilled
  • Liaise with Landlords and Tenants to confirm all requirements of the offer have been fulfilled
  • Manage keys for new move ins and liaise with inventory clerks for check-ins.
  • Ensure that all tenancies are compliant, and all documents are on the system prior to move in and key release.


Experience and qualifications:

  • Ideally 1 years’ experience within an Estate Agency
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages essential
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a very busy environment and under pressure
  • Defining priorities and organising yourself so you can deliver them; including management of a shared inbox
  • To be able to think on your feet, be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, embracing changes in processes and legislation
  • To be able to work alone and on own initiative as well as within a team


The role:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • 31 days holiday
  • Additional day off on your birthday
