This is an office-based role and the firm is within walking distance to the nearest station. ResponsibilitiesThe successful Locum will manage a busy caseload consisting of residential property matters. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support. Duties to include:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Right to buy

Requirements
