This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful, stable retail business based in Newbury. As the Payroll Trainee, you work closely with the payroll manager as well as the financial controller to contribute to the success of the payroll/finance team.

Description

Featuring but not limited to... (Payroll Trainee)

• Processing monthly payroll function in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for ensuring all payroll actions are compliant
• Be a main point of contact for employees and managers with regards to payroll queries and company policies
• Performing payroll reconciliations
• Support the finance team with reporting requirements
• Calculating benefits and producing P11d's & PSAs for reporting to HMRC
• Pension scheme administration - including auto enrolment, supporting with employee and pension provider queries
• Gathering and sharing data for internal and external auditors
• Performing manual calculations
• Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships across all teams and company groups

Job Offer

Payroll Trainee...

Salary: £24k - £26.5k per annum

Office based (Newbury) - 8:45am to 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
