You will focus on leading daily activities supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards in productivity safety and teamwork. Its designed to develop leadership capabilities and prepare individuals for broader roles within warehouse operations.Key responsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead daily Low Bay operations including goods receipt put-away and replenishment.Monitor performance metrics such as pick rates accuracy and stock integrity.Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams to ensure seamless flow of goods.Team EngagementSupport team members to meet daily targets.Deliver clear communication and task delegation.Encourage a positive and inclusive working environment.Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to health and safety protocols.Conduct equipment checks and report hazards promptly.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Process ImprovementSuggest operational improvements.Lead small-scale improvement programs within the Low Bay zone.Share best practices across shifts and teams.What youll need to haveThese are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.About you You will have experience of leading and motivating an operational team.
