Ringway are seeking a proactive and skilled Supervisor to oversee and plan traffic management for technology works on the National Highways East contract. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of traffic management requirements, guide a team of TM Road Space Coordinators, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your efforts will help us deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely and promote a culture of safety across teams and projects
  • Oversee the delivery of reactive and cyclic maintenance works, ensuring quality and productivity targets are met
  • Take responsibility for planning and arranging traffic management to support technology works
  • Supervise and monitor operational teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Utilise bespoke software to effectively manage service requirements
  • Conduct regular checks and audits of depot facilities, ensuring they meet operational standards
  • Coordinate road space applications, review and manage RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), and undertake site visits to ensure compliance

Essential Qualifications:

  • 12 A/B certification
  • 12 C certification
  • 12D T7 for Managers and Client Officers or extensive knowledge of high-speed traffic management
  • Basic proficiency in computer programs such as Word and Excel

  • A strong team player with excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying working hours and conditions
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
