Role Overview

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Manners Maclean by identifying and engaging exceptional leadership talent globally. This is an entry-level opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to build their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise LinkedIn to research and map talent markets and identify key professionals for specific industries.
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates through regular engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM/ATS platforms for streamlined workflows.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
