We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of IT projects. The ideal candidate will be PRINCE2 or APM certified with a strong background in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, create detailed project plans, and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and delivered according to company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Use PRINCE2, APM, or other methodologies to deliver projects in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Facilitate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • PRINCE2 or APM certification is essential.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering IT projects, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders.
