The ideal candidates will be employed full time on a long terms basis as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. Opportunities for permanent work are also available in the school.The ideal candidate should have experience working with children that have ADHD and Autism, as well as have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour. However, applications will also be accepted from those who have significant Early Years experience not necessarily with a SEN background. A can-do attitude is also very important as is some knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.There is an opportunity for the right individual to progress in a position with ongoing learning and development as a Teaching Assistant initially and potentially as a teacher.
