We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Groundsperson, working on the grounds of our 70-acre Business Park located in Swindon.

The successful candidate will report to the Head Groundsperson, undertaking grounds maintenance services to ensure the site stays in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting and weeding.
  • Upkeep of trees, shrubs, lawns, and other green spaces.
  • Ensure all grounds equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Possess a pro-active mentality toward the development of the site, reporting any issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications

  • Required

    • Full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of two years with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
    • Certificates PA1 & PA6.
    • Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping experience of at least 3 years.

    Desired

    • Basic mechanical knowledge with machinery would be advantageous.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and interact with various stakeholders.
