The Medical People are looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our client working as part of their established team.

Their Care Home is a well-established family run business offering first class general nursing and EMI nursing care to the elderly. They focus on creating a warm and safe environment for residents while maintaining their privacy, dignity independence and rights.

Duties
The role includes leading their care team during your shifts, you will make certain that you fully meet residents medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with the clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for individuals who possesses a caring nature, good communication skills, patience and the ability to work as part of our clients close-knit friendly team.

In return our client offer a great working environment with paid breaks, training and development, 5.6 weeks annual leave and good rates of pay.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in a Nursing Home

Requirements:
- Valid Nursing PIN

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
