Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Epping Forest Salary: £59,000 Contract: Permanent Role Overview - Maintenance Engineer Our client is a dynamic company known for delivering efficient manufacturing solutions. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be a key part of the operations team, ensuring the smooth running of production equipment with a focus on maintenance and safety. Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Engineer Developing and implementing planned preventative maintenance schedules. Improving production processes or services. Designing cost-effective equipment modifications to enhance safety. Resolving problems with manufacturing areas. Responding to faults or breakdowns promptly. Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems. Ensuring engineering works comply with legislation. Carrying out risk assessments and supporting other engineers. Key Experience & Qualifications – Maintenance Engineer Qualified with 2365/2357 or equivalent and 18th edition electrical regulations. ECS Gold Card (desirable). Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems (advantageous). Team player with good communication and timekeeping skills. Experience in mechanical engineering (Level 2 minimum). Competent in electrical installations, PLC fault finding, and welding. Full driving license and physically fit.
