KWM, based in South Woodford, E18, is a Principal Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, focusing on quality face-to-face wealth management advice. KWM, founded in 2009, has successfully grown and built trusted relationships with a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs, directors, professionals, musicians, media personalities, and professional footballers.


Position Overview:

We seek highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team in a hybrid role as a Wealth Manager. Successful candidates will provide holistic financial planning advice to both individual and corporate clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives and lifelong ambitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to build rapport and understand their circumstances and financial objectives accurately.
  • Provide expert advice on retirement planning, investment planning, tax efficiency, protection against financial risk, trust, estate, and inheritance tax planning, and specialist professional footballer financial planning for individual clients.
  • Offer pension planning, employee benefits, director/shareholder protection, corporate insurance, and corporate investment planning services for corporate clients.
  • Work towards and efficiently achieve set targets, maximizing every opportunity for positive client outcomes and experiences.


You Will Be:

  • Preferably completed part or fully the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-centric approach with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Capability to engage successfully with new leads and clients in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work efficiently towards targets and adhere to best practices within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
