Our engineering client based in Sunbury, is seeking a new Quote Administrator to join their busy service department providing quotes to their team of Engineers. 25 days holiday, private healthcare, pension + much morePrinciple Duties and Responsibilities for the Quotes Administrator  Achieve individual and team KPI targets - Quotes Generated, Quotes Chased, Orders Received, Value per Door, Conversion Rates etc. Work with technicians to support efficiency. Issue accurate and timely proposals containing documentation relevant to each quotation. Actively chase quotations and drive orders daily. Ensure good working relationships with both internal and external based teams such as our existing and new customers. An element of this will be managing and maintaining the customer relationship and providing technical telephone and written support to all incoming enquiries. Be an ambassador for Excellent Customer Service. Assist the Service Sales Field Teams with support where required. Ability to work within team structure and prioritise own workload. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Work within the Lean/Kaizen Office methodology. Checking order details against quote. Quote acceptance administration in CRM. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required by the Quotes Administrator  Be highly customer-focused. Team player. Highly numerate and articulate with good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail - Diligent and focus. Highly-organised with the ability to plan and prioritise. Ability to take the initiative and KPI driven, with experience of working to weekly/monthly/yearly individual and team targets. Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Ability to take the initiative. Professional approach displaying high standards at all times.
