My client, a leading organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Subject Matter Expert to join their dynamic team. This role is a Grade 11 position and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success through your expertise in human resources.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives

- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and recommend innovative solutions to HR challenges

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the HR team and managers across the organization

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives

- Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team members to foster their professional development

- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations and performance management

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR issues

- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
