The Role


As a Commercial Real Estate Partner with expertise in Landlord and Tenant work, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's presence in the real estate market. You will lead high-value and complex matters, foster client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Leveraging your technical expertise and passion for innovation, you will help clients navigate the complexities of property law while exploring cutting-edge legal solutions to enhance service delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Technical Excellence: Advise clients on leases, rent reviews, renewals, dilapidations, and landlord-tenant disputes with precision and sophistication.
  • Client Development: Utilise your network to attract and retain clients while identifying new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies that expand the Landlord and Tenant practice and strengthen the firm’s market position.

You are an established Real Estate Partner with a proven track record of success in Landlord and Tenant law. Your technical acumen and entrepreneurial mindset will be critical in driving the growth and innovation of the practice area.
