This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s rapid growth through active involvement in annual audits, acquisition activities, and strategic financial analysis.

Day to day duties of Finance manager will include:
  • Monitor cash flow and conduct forecasting.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct financial due diligence for acquisitions.
  • Support external finance relationships, including auditors and banks.
  • Oversee debt reporting and collaborate with the credit control team on collection strategies.
  • Lead the billing process and manage the purchase ledger close.
  • Support the monthly reporting process and present findings to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Lead financial onboarding for share or asset purchases.
  • Conduct monthly management accounts reviews and reporting.
  • Lead the annual financial audit and approve payment runs.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the Finance Director and SMT.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • IT literate with advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Ideally qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
  • Experience with Sage 200 is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, pro-active, and personable, able to integrate into a dynamic team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • A good sense of humour and a team player.
