Working alongside incredible corporations such as Iceland, Asda and more in a sales driven environment, working with experts who are trained and experienced in the car and renewable energy industry.Our client is looking for an ambitious, confident, passionate and driven people, who are looking to be trained and developed their sales experience and progress their careers within a supportive, and encouraging company.The Sales Executive will receive Amazing Benefits:* Free Onsite Parking* 25 days holiday, with an office shutdown at Christmas* Access to Wellness and Mental Health Webinars* Daytime, evening and weekend work available * New working environment * On going training and development* Opportunity for progression The Key Duties of the Sales Executive:* Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.* Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.* Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors* of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.* Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.* Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development ExecutivesThe Key Skills of the Sales Executive:* Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.* Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.* Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.* The ability to work on your own initiative.* Customer service and rapport building skills.* 2 years' experience in Telesales, Cold calling and Outbound sales experienceIf you are interested in the role, and want to know more, please apply or speak to Louis Forster and call at Search Consultancy in Leeds.
