Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver

We are working with a client who is seeking for more HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) drivers to add to their team, completing medical waste collections, 2 years of tanker experience is preferred but not a requirement.

Main responsibilities:

  • Completing waste management collections
  • Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle
  • Being responsible for securing the goods in the vehicle and unloading at each drop
  • Perform daily checks on the vehicle and trailer and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Experience:

- Class 1 (Cat C+E) driving experience (1 year minimum for insurance purposes)

- Valid CPC

- ADR Licence

- Clean driving record

Location:

Deeside

Salary:

£15 - £19 PH, 8 hours minimum paid per shift

Holiday pay accrued separately

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, (approx.. 0400 - 0600 start)

4 on 4 off

Job type:
