We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team at our London office. This is a pivotal role within the company, covering core administrative and planning tasks and bookkeeping. The London DE Group is an established gold and gemstone trading and fine jewellery business based in Hatton Garden, London, with overseas offices in Bogota and Dubai. Responsibilities Coordinate and organise office activities Bookkeeping (using Quickbooks) Oversee facilities management Greet visitors and client facing Conduct administration support with new clients HR Support and co-ordination Experience Experience with administrative and clerical work Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask Strong interpersonal skills Friendly and positive outlook Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accountancy software Salary, benefits and working hours £30,000 PA basic salary Discretionary, performance related bonus 25 days annual leave Study support available for job related training Hybrid working, office based three days per week, working from home two days per week 40 hours per week
