An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading companies in the facilities industry.
They currently maintain a number of facilities and maintenance contracts across the UK and are looking for a Technical Services Manager to work on a high profile contract based in Holborn.
The building houses a well known media company offering atruly unique and totally different workingenvironment.
The Technical Services Manager will be working alongside the Account Manager and will be responsible for all the technical services and critical engineering in the building, making sure everything runs smoothly and there is no disruptionto the day to day client activities.
Duties of the role will include the following:
- Manage all technical issues across the building.
- Issuing permits to work
- Manage agreed KPI and SLAs.
- Responsible for managing the companys H&S and environmental performance on site.
- Plan and implement shutdowns
- Management of reports.
