Key activities

  • Lead the onboarding process of new clients on TikTok Shop
  • Manage relationships with clients' and TikTok executives
  • Monitor clients’ performance and deliver insights and recommendations on a periodical basis
  • Work closely with AGORA creative team to push sales through in-house and third-party video content
  • Think creatively to continuously grow sales


Who you are

  • Relevant work experience in marketing, social media or e-commerce is required coupled with a strong academic record with a degree from a top university
  • High enthusiasm for e-commerce and a startup environment
  • Relentless problem solver
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Interested in social media, mainly TikTok, and excited about social commerce


The Company

  • AGORA is an enabler/ agency, supporting clients (brands, retailers, sellers) to grow their presence on social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop). As a first mover in this space, AGORA is focused on building out its UK presence with the aim to expand to other European geographies soon. AGORA was founded by Riccardo Basile and Elizabeth Townsend-Rose, who are highly experienced in e-commerce and have co-founded Lazada Group, a multibillion-dollar e-commerce platform sold to the Alibaba Group.
