The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative NPD Manager to lead the development of new products from ideation through to market launch. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to identify new opportunities, conduct market research, and ensure product quality meets the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the creation of new food products, aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to guide product concepts and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire development cycle, from concept to production, managing timelines and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across operations, marketing, and supply chain for seamless product launches.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure new products adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
