To bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it.Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable)Core Teaching Qualifications: Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (DesirableExperience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage.
