We are looking for an experienced Deputy Payroll Manager to join our HR Operations team and ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries during this maternity cover period.This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 12 months.This is a hybrid role with one day a week in our Manchester office and the rest working from home.About the RoleAs Deputy Payroll Manager, you will lead and coach the Payroll and Pension Officers to deliver an outstanding service to colleagues across Turning Point. You’ll assist the Payroll Manager in managing end-to-end payroll processes and act as the senior escalation point for complex queries.
