If you have a passion for construction and a proven track record in building projects, we would love to hear from you Location - Fermanagh, Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and timelines. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Health & Safety: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices. Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solutions to onsite issues, ensuring smooth project progression. Liaison: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and necessary documentation. Essential Skills/Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building construction work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle onsite challenges efficiently. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
