Interim Director of Pricing


Duration: 3-6 months, potentially permanent

Salary: Up to £1,000 per day

Location: Central London with a WFH policy


Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a global leading multisite hospitality business to recruit an interim Director of Pricing for 3-6 months to cover whilst they recruit permanently. Naturally, if interested, the interim could be considered for the permanent opportunity.


The Director of Pricing is a key role in the group commercial team, and is ultimately responsible for all pricing across all the group.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement the group dynamic pricing strategy
  • Engage the group leadership team to gain buy-in to the strategy
  • Lead group pricing committee
  • Support the property function regarding investment cases
  • Optimise retail spend per head
  • Own and control the application of product bundling and upselling
  • Support and sign-off on major corporate deals
  • Develop the group loyalty strategy


Requirements:

  • Significant experience in senior pricing roles
  • Proven track record in delivering profit growth
  • Proven within multisite hospitality or retails environments
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • International experience is preferred
