Job Opportunity: Production SupervisorEngage Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Production Supervisor on behalf of our esteemed client, located in East Renfrewshire, Scotland.Key Responsibilities: * Organise work areas and allocate tasks to operators * Ensure adherence to assembly processes and safety procedures * Train operators on safe working methods * Monitor product assembly and packing for compliance with standards * Manage the CIMPAC Business Information Management system * Perform daily stock corrections and request stock from other sites * Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance * Suggest improvements to systems and procedures * Conduct Return to Work interviews * Other duties as directed by managementIdeal Candidate: * Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectivelyWhat We Offer: * 2 week rotational shift pattern with early finish on Fridays for dayshift, and a 4-day working week on backshift * 39 days holiday, including a 2-week shutdown over Christmas * Salary up to £41k, depending on experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, innovative, and dynamic environment.
