Over two years youll rotate through teams specialising in data digital technology and innovation gaining hands-on experience that supports smarter more agile regulation.Youll develop core skills in judgement engagement self-management and delivery. Your work could involve analysing data building dashboards or applying machine learning to support decision-making. There are also opportunities to contribute to strategic planning shape technology roadmaps and support design governance.Your first two rotations will be mapped out before you join ensuring a strong foundation across financial services. The final rotation will be tailored to your career interests and the FCAs strategic needs.
