Tender engineering manager

JDRoss have partnered with a key client of ours who are looking for a senior tender engineering manager. For this role you will be leading a engineers to work on renewable energy projects.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in preparing bid submissions for various renewable projects.
  • Offer specialized expertise in substation design and primary plant to devise technical solutions throughout the tendering process
  • Work closely with the commercial team
  • Perform technical analysis of clients needs.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation for bid submissions, meticulously outlining scope, schedule, and cost in alignment with contract and internal policies and procedures.
  • Develop precise technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of key business drivers.
  • Problem solving on projects using previous experiences.


Experience needed

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
  • Demonstrate a substantial background in renewable energy.
