Working with a friendly and respectable team you will benefit from great company incentives, within a Main Dealership environment based in the Salford region of ManchesterDuties Include:- Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone- Initiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge System- Upselling of additional products to customers- Liaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicle- Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertakenRequirements:- Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor position is advantageous- Knowledge of the Kerridge system is again advantageous- Good Customer Service Skills is a must- High attention to detail and organisation skills are essentialReasons to apply:- Family Run Environment- A range of employee incentives and discounts- Stability with an established businessThis is an excellent opportunity to join a business that help develop and train you into the position. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with alternate Saturday mornings on a rota basis. A strong salary basic of £26k is on offer with an achievable OTE of £32k. There are plenty of company incentives in place as well as working with a friendly and busy team.
