As an Operative, youll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. Youll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeepingall while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols. This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am2pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am Due to the sites location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.What Youll Be DoingYour day-to-day responsibilities will include: Achieving daily production targets Recording and reporting quality data Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site What Were Looking ForThe ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment.
