Youll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our ERP systems ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites and contributing to exciting new implementations.What Youll Be DoingProvide 1st and 2nd line support for ERP systems (SyteLine) Doc-Trak Shop-Trak and associated applicationsTrain users on best practices to drive consistencyLiaise with third-party vendors while maintaining ownership of incidentsAssist with new site setups and ERP-related projectsUse SQL to interrogate and analyse dataIdentify opportunities to improve business processesManage ERP security and user setupMaintain technical documentation and test new functionalityWhat Youll BringBachelors degree in a relevant subject2 years experience supporting enterprise-level ERP systemsStrong technical understanding of SQLExperience with Infor products and/or SyteLine (highly desirable)Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering industries (desirable)Exposure to PLM applications (desirable)Excellent communication and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to changeA proactive user-focused mindset with a desire to learn and growWhy Join UsAt Oxford Instruments we live by our values: Inclusive Innovative Trusted and Purposeful.
