L&Gs Corporate Affairs team is responsible for delivering engaging high-quality content that reflects our brand and purpose. As a Content Executive youll help bring our stories to life across multiple channels and formats supporting strategic communications and collaborating with teams across the business. This is a great opportunity to develop your creative skills and contribute to meaningful campaigns in a supportive and inclusive environment.What youll be doing:Supporting the Content Manager with the delivery of the content plan by creating assets for a range of audiences and channels in support of the overall strategyCollaborating across the business to brief and develop creative and cost-effective content and activity optimising and repurposing to maximise reach and ROIEnsuring assets are aligned to our brand attributes and identityCollaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to understand the impact of content formats and campaigns using these insights to refine and tailor approaches to specific channels or audiences where neededUndertaking the relevant content and production related administrative duties and activities as required to support the delivery of the CA strategyContributing to continuous improvement knowledge sharing and a collaborative team culture across Corporate Affairs in line with the company strategyEnsuring communications are clear fair and not misleading and are fully compliant with any rules and guidance issued by the relevant regulators including relevant data protection legislationTailoring communications to take into account the characteristics of the customers intended to receive the communication and ensure where appropriate communications are reviewed and approved by individuals who have the appropriate knowledge skills and expertise and that such approval is recordedQualifications : Who were looking for:High-level of literacyExcellent eye for design and visual communicationExcellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English skillsGood verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience of and ability to adapt to changeWorking knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office a CMS Teams Sharepoint Hootsuite etcAn understanding of the role of audiencePreferably some experience of working in a communications or marketing function or creative agencyExperience of delivering content in written audio and video formatsOrganised with strong attention to detail and proven ability to plan and manage projectsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to engage productively with stakeholders colleagues and external partnersWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
