JSS are delighted to be partnering a leading business based near Watford in Hertfordshire on the recruitment of an excellent new Head of Group FP&A position. This role reports into the CFO, will manage the monthly consolidation of management accounts, variance analysis and commentary, oversight of the monthly reporting process, preparation of the group of consolidated group budgets and lead on annual budget process.


The Role:

The Head of Group FP&A will be responsible for driving improvements of group financial management information and processes and own and deliver the monthly group reporting process. Responsibilities will include:


-Management and oversight of monthly consolidation for multi-currency subsidiaries into Group Accounts

-Review, variance analysis and commentary on both subsidiary and consolidated monthly results

-Oversight of all entities to ensure delivery of monthly reporting packs in a timely and accurate basis

-Submission of group monthly accounts to holding company with commentary – including cash flows and forecasts

-Reporting, setting and analysing key metrics, trends and KPIs

-Lead improvements in reporting packs and key performance dashboards, applying automation where possible.

-Preparation and consolidation of group budgets – subsidiary packs, their review, analysis, consolidation and presentation

-Build bottom up year-end budgets, ensuring the numbers are robust

-Preparation of rolling P&L and cash flow forecasts

-Driving improvements, automation and simplification across Group Financials


Profile:

We are looking for an experienced qualified Group FP&A professional with the following experience:

-Experienced Group FP&A ideally from an international business

-Consolidation of monthly results including multi currency

-Track record of delivering improvements and streamlining/simplification in FP&A


On Offer:

A salary of circa £100-110k, plus bonus and benefits, hybrid working.
