Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven real estate agents who are ready to take their careers to the next level by relocating to Dubai. As a real estate agent with Betterhomes, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-tier real estate services to our diverse clientele. You will have the opportunity to work in one of the world's most dynamic property markets, leveraging your skills and expertise to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized real estate solutions.

Property Listings: Source, list, and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring a diverse portfolio that meets market demands.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

Viewings and Inspections: Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed insights and addressing any queries.

Documentation: Manage all necessary documentation and legal requirements associated with property transactions.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of the real estate market, and negotiation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.

- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a new and dynamic market environment.

- Valid UK driving license; UAE driving license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
