You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs through personalised care plans.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality therapeutic care in a safe, structured home environment.Build trusting relationships with children using attachment-informed approaches (PACE model).Support children with daily routines, education, hobbies, and enrichment activities.Work with social workers, therapists, and teachers to implement care plans.Maintain accurate records, risk assessments, and care documentation.Participate in reflective practice and ongoing professional development.Administer medication, maintain home budgeting, and ensure safety at all times.About You:Experience working with children, ideally with social, emotional, or mental health needs.Committed to trauma-informed, child-centred care.Resilient, calm under pressure, and a strong team player.Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.Over 21 years old with a valid driving licence.Desirable:Qualifications in residential childcare.Experience with therapeutic models (DDP, PACE).Knowledge of SEMH, attachment, autism, or ADHD.What We Offer:Supportive, reflective team culture.Ongoing training and professional development.Competitive pay and sleep-in allowance.Career progression opportunities within an innovative, specialist model transforming children’s lives.
