You will play a key role in accelerating our strategic brands across core UK & Ireland retailers. This is your chance to learn how to reach shoppers at every point along their path to purchasefrom in-store point of sale to online social events and influencer contentto drive awareness consideration and purchase.Reporting to the Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Manager you will gain hands-on experience managing your own portfolio of retailers and working across the full marketing funnel. If you are keen to learn how shopper marketing and retail media networks power brand growth look no furtherWhat You Will DoAs an integral part of the team your main responsibilities will include:Deployment of Activations for Core AccountsDevelop and implement Category Demand Omnichannel shopper marketing programs specifically for Superdrug and Waitrose.Collaboratively deliver the Ocado digital plan alongside the Customer Development Managers (CDM).Work closely with Colgate-Palmolives brand teams and media agencies on asset creation and content strategy.Build strong relationships with CDMs to align plans with Above The Line (ABL) media strategic priorities and promotional commitments.Review results against key performance indicators (KPIs) report back on progress successes and learnings and take corrective action where necessary.Take Ownership and Effectively Manage BudgetsManage account budgets on an ongoing basis ensuring phasing is maintained preventing overspends and communicating any concerns or opportunities effectively.Ensure all monthly budget processes are completed in a timely manner.Lead on Superdrug Presents Experiential EventLead the planning and execution of a fully immersive beauty event for Superdrug Presents driving awareness for Colgates whitening and multi-benefit portfolio.Work with the commercial team and brand teams to set clear objectives KPIs and brand focus for the event.Manage agencies on briefing planning and execution of stand design engagement and competitions ensuring all assets align with our brand look and feel.Work with the digital marketing team to ensure a full digital support plan is in place to drive strong engagement at the event and extend awareness afterwards.Ensure all relevant brand shopper and legal approvals and sign-offs are carried out.What Youll Need to SucceedWe are looking for a future leader who is results-oriented highly organized and passionate about QualificationsCurrently studying for a University degree at a minimum ideally a BS degree in Marketing or a related field.English fluency is mandated; other European languages would be a plus.Experience in marketing and/or in FMCG companies is preferable.Key Skills & CompetenciesCreative & Collaborative: A strong team player with curiosity energy and a positive attitude.Adaptable: The flexibility to adapt and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Project Management & Results-Oriented: Highly organized with a strong ability to balance workload and take the lead on projects with an eye for detail and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.Digital Insight: A good understanding of the marketing mix up-to-date with latest trends digital marketing and overall marketing best practices.Stakeholder Management: Excellent cross-organisational collaboration and communication skills effectively working across functions and channels to align priorities and drive execution.Content Creation: Experience in creating content for digital platforms and traditional media channels with knowledge of analytical tools.If youre ready to gain unparalleled experience in Omnichannel Shopper Marketing with a global leader we encourage you to applyOur Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our peopledeveloping strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
