Lead Technical Program Manager Corporate Risk Technology

Risk Technology equips the firm with a suite of applications and processes to manage risk in areas such as Market Risk Wholesale Credit Risk Asset Wealth Management and Climate Risk.In this role you will also enhance Program Governance across the Risk organization and help define and implement an approach that provides full investment transparency to all stakeholders. Engaging with the Risk Engineering teams will be crucial to understanding current work execution and building relationships with key project execution stakeholders across Corporate Technology and the Risk Management organization. You will review project execution ownership models and ensure appropriate execution governance is in place.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsIdentify and mitigate risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamManage cross-pillar program execution driving the successful delivery of technology initiativesDefine and execute on the governance for key Risk Technology programs working with the senior management to review progress risks and milestones for key programs on a regular cadenceDefine workstreams and provide leadership across those workstreams;set scope direction/approach agree and track deliverablesFacilitate collaboration across diverse teams to design solutions and drive the programs implementationManage critical dependencies across pillars and with other teams within the firmRequired qualifications capabilities and skills5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesProven track record of effectively managing resources budgets and high-performing teams in a fast-paced agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesDemonstrated experience in facilitating discussions to design technology solutionsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaborativelyAbility to work through the detail of how an engineering organisation operates today and understand the strengths and weaknesses of that approach.Experience in driving cultural change across a globally diverse organisationExperience in working with and leveraging a data driven approach to decision makingDemonstrate how goals can be achieved at a low cost / high levels of data driven automationRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,Management Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Project Management,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
