We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our vibrant Parks and Cafés across Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a flair for innovation, this could be the perfect role for you.Key responsibilities:Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple sitesDeliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Brew Social brand standardsLead and develop a passionate team, managing rotas, recruitment, and trainingDrive commercial performance through local sales and marketing initiativesMonitor food and labour costs, ensuring efficient and effective resource useEngage with key stakeholders and the local community to build strong relationshipsChampion new ideas and continuous improvement across all cafésWhat we’re looking for:Experience in catering or hospitality managementA people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skillsFinancially aware and confident using IT systemsNVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, plus Basic Food Hygiene CertificateA self-starter with energy, creativity, and a desire to make a differenceDesirable: Experience managing multiple sites and knowledge of food productionWhy join us?You’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s passionate about great food, great service, and creating memorable experiences in Bristol’s beautiful parks.
