Job DescriptionField Service Engineer Coffee MachinesLocation: LondonTalented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Field Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending and coffee machine industry This is a field-based role covering London ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.About the Role of a Field Service Engineer:Youll be responsible for the maintenance repair and breakdown support of a range of vending and coffee machines installed across commercial sites. Youll be the face of the company ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.Key Details:Shifts: Monday to Friday 1 Saturday per monthSalary: Competitive with potential flexibility depending on experienceTravel: Fully field-based with company van providedResponsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending and coffee machines.Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.Accurately report and document each job (arrival departure and customer confirmation)Manage van stock and tools including ordering receipting and returning parts.What Were Looking for in a Field Service Engineer:Previous experience repairing vending machines coffee machines or similar commercial equipment (e.g. white goods catering appliances)A full UK driving licenceA proactive customer-focused attitudeStrong fault-finding and technical skillsReady to take the next step in your career Apply now to join a team where your skills and initiative will truly make a difference Key Skills MobileIron,Robotics,Field Service,Mechanical Knowledge,Sonography,IP Networking,Schematics,Mechanical Engineering,Medical Imaging,Human Resources,Programmable Logic Controllers,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
