Fine Art Shipping Coordinator Location: City of London, UK Salary: circa. £37,000 (DOE) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Are you someone with a background in Freight Forwarding and Logistics and looking for a new opportunity to grow and develop your skills in the Fine Art Market, being the forefront for the global movement of Fine Art and Luxury Goods? Then this role could be for you My client is looking for someone with previous experience in Freight Forwarding for the Fine Art and Luxury Goods Industry. Package Benefits: Generous Holiday Allowance Regular Company Events Hybrid working after probation (1 day per week from home) Annual Bonus Salary Reviews Opportunities for growth and development Key Responsibilities: Conduct Road, Air and Sea Freight Forwarding operations, start-to-finish. Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork. Supplier and client liaison and negotiation. Speaking daily with Museums, Galleries, Auction Houses and Private Collectors. Arranging Collections and Deliveries of Fragile and Luxury Goods. Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information. Managing the jobs from quotation stage to final invoicing in line with the client expectations and communicating effectively any service issues. Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximise business potential. Requirements: Previous experience working for a Fine Art Shipping Company. Previous experience with Air Freight, Sea Freight or Road Freight Forwarding.
