**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Independent Caseload Management:** Take ownership of your own portfolio of RTA Personal Injury claims, showcasing your expertise and autonomy.- **Efficient Claims Processing:** Utilize our state-of-the-art case management system to process claims efficiently and maintain precise records.- **Professional Correspondence:** Handle all claims-related communication with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.- **Liability & Indemnity Assessment:** Accurately determine liability and indemnity for all claims within your caseload.- **Effective Negotiation:** Demonstrate your negotiation skills by successfully resolving claims to a satisfactory conclusion.- **Diary Management:** Maintain an effective diary system to ensure timely and proactive claims handling.

**Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:**

- **RTA Experience:** Minimum of two years' experience handling road traffic accident cases. Experience in issuing proceedings for RTA cases is advantageous.- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to various situations.- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong interpersonal abilities, enabling you to build relationships, influence outcomes, and earn respect among peers.- **Technical Proficiency:** High level of computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
