We're seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic client in Carshalton. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the financial services industry and receive comprehensive training and support to become a successful Mortgage Advisor.

In this role, you will:

  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the right deal for their needs.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals.

  • Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.

  • Prepare and submit mortgage applications efficiently.

  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the process.

  • Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.

  • Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a financial or customer service role.

  • Clean credit history.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and develop.

Our client offers:

  • Competitive salary structure:

    • Basic salary up to £20,000

    • Guaranteed income of £29,000 for the first 5 months, including car allowance.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, and bonus potential.

  • Commission scheme offering the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings.

  • OTE of £40,000 in year 1, £60,000 thereafter.

  • Supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career progression.
