What You'll Be Doing:
As a Systems Trials Team Leader, you'll be right at the heart of the action, leading the planning and execution of radar system trials. From ground tests to flight trials, you'll oversee the entire process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll generate the test requirement documentation and manage data transfers between partners across Europe. In this role, you'll also dive deep into analyzing the results, using the findings to improve future tests. You'll brief customers on progress and work closely with aircrew to ensure they're informed about the system's performance.
As a Systems Trials Team Leader, you're not just managing trials-you're making critical decisions based on data and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Your Skills and Experience:
- A degree in a STEM subject or relevant experience, particularly with a focus on systems engineering.
- Solid understanding of avionic systems and/or radar technology, with experience in MATLAB being a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
The Team:

You'll be leading the trials and analysis phase of several projects, meaning no two days will be the same. It's a team environment that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and solving real-world problems. Your leadership will guide the team through complex challenges, ensuring that testing and integration are carried out efficiently.
Benefits:
Along with a competitive salary, you'll enjoy benefits such as an enhanced pension scheme, generous annual leave, and the opportunity to join the company's Share Incentive Plan. You'll also have access to flexible working options, an employee assistance program, Cycle2work, and a range of discounts. Additionally, there's the potential for an annual incentive, recognizing your contribution.
If you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Systems Trials Team Leader, this is an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge radar trials and be part of a team that's shaping the future of technology.
