As a Modern Management Consultant youll be part of our End User Computing (EUC) team specialising in digital experience and modern management technologies that empower productivity security and efficiency.This is a highly client-facing role where youll shape large-scale solutions drive analytics-led improvements and act as a trusted advisor to customers. Youll collaborate with passionate colleagues lead customer engagements and influence how digital workplace strategies are delivered all while growing your own skills in a fast-moving and innovative field.What youll doDesign implement and configure modern management solutions at enterprise scaleUse end-user analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements in customer estates (DEX scores sentiment and user cases)Lead conversations with stakeholders ensuring the user experience remains at the heart of every solutionContribute to governance service reporting customer reviews and the resolution of escalationsRecommend and deliver automations remote actions and root-cause fixes where appropriateProvide technical leadership guiding colleagues and service partners towards continuous improvementStay ahead of industry trends certifications and emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class consultancyShare lessons learned and opportunities for value creation across Computacenter accountsWhat youll needStrong experience with modern endpoint technologies: Windows 11 Entra ID Configuration Manager Conditional Access WDAC Apple Business Manager Knox Mobile EnrollmentExpertise in end-user analytics tools such as Systrack or NexthinkProven knowledge of Autopilot and image creation processes (task sequences)Experience working with XLAs and measuring end-user sentiment and performanceStrong scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell) for automation and customisationExcellent communication presentation and customer engagement skillsAbility to work independently manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectivelyStrong stakeholder management and project delivery skillsDesired skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR suite (Defender for Endpoint Defender for Identity)Experience with other MDM technologies (SOTI Workspace ONE Samsung Knox Good)Understanding of directory and network servicesHelp shape the future of modern workplace experiences.
