They are focused on improving people's quality of life by preventing, alleviating, and curing diseases. They have a wide pharmaceutical portfolio, specialising in some of the following areas: oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.There is an opportunity for a Medical Quality Documents Project Manager to join their Global Strategy, Governance and Operations Department on an initial 12-month contract.Outside IR35Hybrid / London - 2-3 days onsite, Mondays and TuesdaysYour new role As the Medical Quality Documents Project Manager, you will support the Global Medical Governance Director:Maintain a clear record of medically owned Quality Documents (QD) and their statusManage the review cycle for medically owned QD, ensuring they are updated in a timely way by Process Owners.Coordinate global and local training associated with medically owned QDs, ensuring it is:Developed (in collaboration with Process Owners)Assigned appropriately (in collaboration with Medical Leadership Team members, Quality Assurance Representative and Quality Management System team)Distributed and completed in a timely waySupport the operational management of Diagnostic/Patient Support Programs (DSPs/PSPs) and specific aspects of the Evidence Generation Review Board (EGRB).What you'll need to succeed Hold a Life Science degreeProven experience with Medical Quality Documents within the Pharmaceutical industry, i.e. SOP'S, WI's, Policy's, procedures etcYou must be an experienced project manager and a proven effective and efficient stakeholder manager.Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver concise messages and able to communicate across all levels and culturesSkilled at delegation and prioritisationAbility to work through difficult issues, assimilate and analyse information efficientlyCompetent with tools / systems, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Viso, Veeva, EasyDoc etc.Integrity, respect, and commitment to patient centricity.What you need to do now Before you apply for this position, it is vital that you are in possession of a UK passport or relevant visa to work without restrictions in the UK and residing in the UK.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Roberta Atkins on 03330106292If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
