Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear strategic leadership and drive operational excellence. Act as thePart-145 Accountable Manager , ensuring compliance withCAA / EASA / FAA / TCCAregulations. Champion a strongSafety Management System (SMS)and compliance-first culture. Deliver financial results through growth, efficiency, and profitability. Strengthen partnerships withcustomers, OEMs, regulators, and corporate stakeholders . Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing management team. Ensure full alignment with corporategovernance, systems, and group strategy .What Youll BringProvensenior leadership experiencewithin anaviation MROenvironment. Direct accountability underEASA / CAA / FAA Part 145approvals. Strong knowledge ofaviation safety, compliance, and airworthiness . Solidfinancial and commercial acumenEBITDA, growth, and cost control. Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills. A collaborative leader who fosterssafety, quality, and continuous improvement . Preferred:Experience leadingmulti-site or international MROoperations.
