Youll start by managing a small caseload of Credit Hire and non-serious Personal Injury claims, growing your knowledge and confidence as you go.Once youre fully up to speed, youll take ownership of a portfolio and play a vital role in helping customers, brokers, and legal professionals through the claims process.Specifically, youll learn to:- Investigate and settle allocated claims - Communicate with policyholders, solicitors and third parties by phone and email - Maintain accurate estimates and reserve records for outstanding claims - Ensure all claims are handled fairly and within the appropriate timeframesWhat Will You Need?To join us as a Trainee Claims Handler, youll need:- Experience of delivering excellent customer service - A willingness to learn and develop - Computer literacy - Excellent communication skills - At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and EnglishAbout UsSabre Insurance is no ordinary insurerwere the bold force behind car and motorbike cover across the UK, making insurance smarter, faster and fairer for everyone.
