Youll be highly organised methodical and confident in developing and implementing quality systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to guide engineers and inspectors in achieving excellence.Essential skills and experience:Significant experience within the Oil & Gas industryExperience in quality assurance and controlTechnical Diploma or Engineering Degree (Civil Mechanical or Electrical preferred)Professional qualification in QA/QC standards (e.g. CSWIP ASME AWS NACE ISO) preferredExperience in quality system management audit certification and QA/QC procedure developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken)Demonstrates initiative resilience and commitment to continuous improvementABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYIn this role you will verify that all project quality requirements are met and that work complies with approved quality plans. Youll manage the Quality Control System coordinate audits and inspections and liaise with vendors contractors and third-party authorities to maintain technical excellence.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating Quality Control activities across construction sites and workshopsDeveloping and implementing QC procedures forms and non-conformance systemsReviewing and approving contractors and vendors quality plans and documentationConducting management reviews and technical auditsLiaising with third-party validation and certification bodiesManaging QC service contracts and preparing performance reportsEnsuring adequate resources skills and tools are in place for QC deliveryWHAT WE OFFER2-year fixed-term contract with potential to extendCompetitive salary and benefits packageGlobal development and career opportunitiesA collaborative high-performing work environmentThe chance to contribute to world-class quality standards across major projectsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate against applicants.
