Our client’s Dispute Resolution team in Brighton is always busy and is well-established and highly regarded in the industry sector.They are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Paralegal to join their Brighton office, working alongside a partner, a solicitor and a secretary. This is a permanent, full-time role and is initially office-based, some hybrid working may be possible after probation (3 months).The successful candidate will have a law degree or appropriate legal qualification, together with a real interest in this area of legal work and a desire to progress in this field, together with former experience as a paralegal in a legal environment and within a dispute resolution team.You will need to be highly organised, with strong communication and inter-personal skills. A positive, team-focussed approach and flexible attitude is important and you will also be self-confident and adaptable, as you will be supporting a partner and you will have plenty of responsibility, including in due course your own fee-earning target, as well as assisting elsewhere in the team as necessary.They offer a salary at market rate with the opportunity to work to a bonus-linked target, depending on your skills and the extent of your previous experience.
